Wonderful lads. They helped me out big time and were so respectful and kind when I needed to sell an old unusual phone. They offered me a fair price when I'd been quoted pennies everywhere else. They were also brilliant with other customers while I was there. Knew their stuff and very attentive. This place was actually recommended to me and I'm so glad it was Thank you !!

After being dropped in water I was pretty sure my phone was beyond repair but took it in to the shop on the off chance. They were able to replace the screen and fix the USB port within an hour and for £50 which I’m thrilled about. Great customer service too so would definitely go back if needed and recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. JD Phones replaced the battery in my Apple I pad. Quick, polite very friendly service. Very obliging…….I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you. John Shield.

Cos of the reviews i read I decided to go there to fix my Samsung S9 plus' screen, replace the battery and back case and also my iPhone 13 pro back case. My phones are back to normal: Quality accessories ... Their customer service is top notch, great staff.. Apart from phone repairs, if you were having a bad day and you visit this shop, I can bet you'd leave with a smile on your face, the ambience is welcoming. Very amazing set of people. Thanks Guys.. You rock.

Best shop in Sunderland, bought Iphone 14. Nice amazing condition, no problems with at all staff was very polite and nice. Thanks again will be using them again deffinetely.

This shop is without doubt the most reliable, efficient and friendliest place to take your phone's to. No matter what the issue is these guys are brilliant & there is nothing they cannot fix. They are also the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting & i cannot recommend this place enough. Their prices can't be beaten & I have personally only ever taken my phone here since it opened in 1999. 22yrs is definitely the longest I've stayed with the same business & I wouldn't go anywhere else. Spot on service. Quoted 40 quid with no guarantee round the corner for a basic servicing on a phone charging port with a 40 minute wait time. Came into this store and offered 15 for basic servicing with no payment if it doesn't work afterwards. polite guy took it straight away, 5 minutes later I've a fully sorted working port. Can't fault the quality. Avoid the shop inside the bridges, will always come here instead.

Visited today as everyone I call tells me they can't hear me very well. I've spent so long trying to figure out why. After a visit here and £10 for a full service my phone is working perfectly. Excellent service with friendly staff. They also repair ipads/tablets and have a great range of cases on offer.

Replaced my cracked HP laptop screen, with in 1hr. Friendly staff and bloody well good customer service. Highly recommended.
