Stephen knew Gavin from working in sea road, so I knew it would have to be Gavin we went with Stephen always spoke highly of Gavin and we know now why. Gavin was truthful and honest, showed us compassion, and treated Stephen with dignity and respect. Stephen had a wonderful send off and this was down to Gavin and his team. I used Gavin after having been to several funerals that he had done where I had been very impressed, and I can honestly say I was not disappointed with the service I received when I lost my beloved dad in March.
