Just had James and Josh at our house to do some work and what can I say absolute professional from start to finish from first visit to the quote to coming and completing the work, turned up on the day and time they said they would, completely hassle free the workmanship was top quality and good value for money, they were also so tidy not one scrap of mess left anywhere. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future and can highly recommend them, when people ask me do I know any good electricians, well I do now.

James is such a lovely, friendly guy and went above and beyond when helping us with some electrical work in our house. He took the time to explain everything clearly, did a fantastic job with incredible attention to detail, and made sure everywhere was left spotless. We honestly wouldn’t use anyone else, he’s completely trustworthy and we couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you so much James.

What a lovely man. I phoned James about my electrics. He asked me to send him a photo of my fuse box and subsequently solved my problem in five minutes. He talked me through what I needed to do and also offered me some extra advice so it wouldn’t happen again. Not many James’ in the world. A huge thank you James ! Will definitely be recommending you to any family, friend etc.

Chris was fantastic on the phone, though we didn't meet. Christian and the apprenctices did a great job on a total rewire. Didn't get what we wanted in terms of finances, but they would have done more had we been able to. Due to other issues with plaster, some of the extras like CAT6a cabling I can do. Good to communicate with, great to chat in detail about the job to do. Great experience. What was a serious fire hazard and condemned, now it's well within regulations. From a safety and regulation check fail (by Chris, NICEIC qualified) when in process of purchasing the house, to rewire and another safety inspection which obviously was a pass this time. Cost was well in line with what you would expect from any good electrician, in fact, well below my estimate/budget. Would I ask them back? sure. Especially when other work is done and talking through installing 12v-24v LED tape lights on floating/drop ceiling, stairs, etc, around the house.

Replacement socket required as previous socket damaged. Chris replaced socket and also extended lead on washing machine to enable easier plug in. Excellent service received would highly recommend.

We have used Fusion before and always get a great job. Fully recommrnded.
