Highcliffe is definitely a fantastic Home led by a Manager who has drive, passion and in these uncertain times has kept COVID-19 away from its doors. This can only be due to the teams excellent approach under Adams direction and leadership. I look forward to when I will be able to visit again and see Team Highcliffe and the lovely residents. Here’s to a rosy future.

Our mother, Christine, was here for about two years before sadly passing away in hospital. We cannot describe the level of care she received while here. All the staff are outstanding and have a real passion for care. We felt welcome and were kept informed of any changes or concerns ongoing in the home. We would really recommend this home.

Ruth and Kathleen, daughters of our dear mam Ann Kay. Thank you to everyone who supported us through a very sad time as our mam passed away. Outstanding care was shown to us all.

What a beautiful place, cared for my mother cared for her every need with Grace and dignity the staff are all so kind and helpful can't thank them enough for there compassion would highly recommend x.

My Mam moved into Hope Bank View 6 weeks ago. From our first visit Sheila Bradley couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. My mam has settled into her beautiful apartment no problem. She has company whenever what’s it. She involves herself in the activities and is loving living there. The meals are beautiful and mam really enjoys them. The kitchen staff are lovely. All the carers are friendly and supportive to my mams needs. She has had a new lease of life since moving there. Thank you!!.

Mum and dad moved into Hope Bank View in 2020 together aged 92/93. Sadly we lost mum December 2020 but the care, love and compassion from the wonderful team of staff was just amazing. Dad moved into a new care home recently for his safety but our entire family will be eternally grateful to all staff at HBV. They help to make the last years of our precious elderly the very best they can be.

Staff and tenants are always laughing. It seems like a great place to live.
