Prompt and helpful in arranging a visit to check and sweep our chimneys. Chris and Logan were great on the day: quick, no mess and plenty of clear explanations about what they were doing and the issues they identified. Very satisfied with K&I Paterson, will use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

New chimney liner installed, all done in a morning - the main guy that came was very pleasant and real helpful / explained what he was doing. Sheets put over everything, cleaned up and took old liner and mess away afterwards. All in all, a good job done.

Fantastic service. Just had my log burner swept. The young team were excellent efficient and did a great job. Would highly recommend this family business

Brilliant service from Ally! Such a lovely, funny and down to earth guy. I get nervous sometimes for new people coming to our house, especially if my partner isn't there, but Ally instantly made me feel at ease and we yapped away about life whilst he worked on our chimney. Will 100% be using him again. Great price and great service!

Had a great experience with Ally. He got back to us quickly, swept two of our chimneys, cleaned up after himself and has very reasonable rates. We will definitely use again. Highly recommend.
