The surveyor was polite at all times and issued a Home Report that provided a true reflection of our property. If asked in the future, I would highly recommend the Company if approached by colleagues or friends requiring similar services.

I recently had a Home report produced by Shepherd's and all was undertaken very promptly. I did have one question regarding the requirement for an EWS1 form which was also addressed at the right level of detail very promptly.

Excellent company to deal with and cannot recommend Allied Surveyors Scotland highly enough. From the initial phone call to the polite girl who answered, i had our home report booked for 48hrs later, had the home report completed and subsequently issued within 24hrs, allowing us to finally put our house on the market. If you are looking for a first class service in Aberdeenshire please approach Allied SS and request Gordon Gibb; our estate agent Peterkins recommended him, having used Gordon previously many times and he was very thorough when carrying out the report and a true gentleman. As a business owner myself i understand customer service is paramount - Allied SS go above what is expected and required and also less expensive than the other companies i have used in the past; the other larger companies also failed to grasp the basic concept of customer satisfaction. Allied SS understand a client's situation and will value your property at its correct value, unlike other Surveyors in Aberdeen. We have since successfully sold our house and made £10k more than the previous valuations given by DM Hall and Shepherds. Avoid the bigger names in Aberdeen and just go directly to Allied Surveyors Scotland - you will not be disappointed.
