I recently have been in contact with Martin & Co and I have to say they have been amazing and very friendly. Calls are answered promptly and all questions answered. In particular, I have recently had a viewing with Kelly Kennedy, who has helped me greatly, again answering all of my questions and providing a great viewing experience along with fully updating me afterwards to explain and process of making an offer and all of the next steps. 5/5 service which reflects in the positive reviews when compared to alternatives.

Having used Northwood previously for letting my rental property in Aberdeen, I finally decided to try and sell it - having failed to sell in previous years with a different agent. From the get go, Ali and her team were great to deal with and showed a real passion for wanting to get the property sold. Within 3-weeks of marketing, an offer was received and accepted, with my property successfully completing. Thank you again to the team at Northwood. You were great to deal with and I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Would highly recommend Northwood. We decided to go with Northwood after being impressed with our initial meeting with Laura. Ali was then excellent throughout the selling process and was easily contactable and always got back to us very quickly. We had 3 viewings and 3 offers within a week of our listing going live and we were supported through the whole process.
