I am a first time landlord and Homeguard helped me through every step of the way in the set up and this first year. They have acted with utmost professionalism, whilst always maintaining that personal touch. Nothing is a bother and all staff just go that step or two further than is expected. This has only been accentuated during COVID19 which is all the more impressive, as I live overseas.

Great to work with, dealt with matters and initially setting up the lease promptly and efficiently and handled the day to day admin/repairs in a professional manner. This was my first leasing experience, and everything was explained to me along the way. I would highly recommend Homeguard

Personal service, always with a smile and nothing ever seems too much for Easthaven. Great attention to detail and always speedy to reply to emails. Fantastic company to deal with. We know by using Easthaven our properties are in safe hands and being properly managed.

An efficient and straight-to-the-point agency. They don’t ask for thousands of documents when applying and they don’t deduct from your deposit for three specks of dust behind the sofa. My experience has been very positive.

The best letting agency in Aberdeen! Been a student in Aberdeen for 5 years and been with 5 different agencies. Caroline Walker letting agency is levels above any other in Aberdeen from my experience. Katie Hutchison was our property manager and any issues was dealt with in a very timely manner. I’d prioritise having a good letting agent as a bad one can lead to very bad living experiences(roof collapsing due to ignoring tenants requests…this happened to me with another agency) so couldnt recommend these guys enough.

As a tenant, I'm so grateful to have Charlotte Irvine as my property manager. I've reached out to her with issues and favors, and every time she has replied as soon as possible, handling everything with remarkable efficiency.
