As usual AJM have again managed to be extraordinary, which can't be said for a lot of companies out there. Listen people, delete all other Plumbing company numbers you know and just keep AJM's because they will always answer you, be there on time, do a great job and treat you with respect and empathy, which is what I have always experienced with them. To those of them whose names I know, Alan(the owner), Jill, (his wife), Dave who has been with him for 25yrs( shows Alan is a great boss) and those whose names I don't know but see mentioned in the great comments by others, WELL DONE FOR BEING GREAT AT WHAT YOU DO SO WELL AND KEEP SETTING EXAMPLES FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW, THOUGH I FEEL OTHERS WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW WHILE YOU KEEP LEADING. Great service from AJM. Having had the boiler condemned by another company I called AJM to get a quote, within 10minutes (yes, 10m!) the owner was there took photos and I had there quote the next morning for a replacement boiler. The engineer fitted the boiler two days later and did a highly professional job given that it wasn’t a straightforward job with the flue being inaccessible behind a wall space to the external wall. Other companies were quoting more than a week just for there estimator to come and cost the job and AJM completed the job in four days which got me out a real fix with no HW or heating. Highly recommended, thank you AJM.

First class service from AJM plumbing. Made an appointment for yesterday, plumber came out to have a look then went away for a part. All done within an hour, very easy to pay the bill. Excellent service would recommend and definitely use again. Much appreciated.

Ray and his team really are a class act, Prestige have absolutely nailed the professional and timely approach, the kind of service which is very hard to find these days. Boiler replaced within two days from initial contact, cannot recommend them highly enough. Top tier company!

I had a great experience with Plumber Heat. We had a noisy, leaking tap which was fixed and replaced within 45 minutes. Adrian, who attended, was friendly and efficient in completing the work. I had excellent communications from Plumber Heat to confirm date and time of arrival; Adrian arrived when he said he would. They also followed up with a call after the work was done to check it was all okay - a nice touch and shows the owner really cares about the service. I’d definitely recommend Plumber Heat and will certainly look to use them again in future. Great friendly service, 5 stars!

Having contacted several plumbers without success PlumberHeat came to the rescue to carry out a repair on my faulty cystern. The plumber arrived early evening on the day I called them, no call out fee just the cost of the plumbers time and parts. Polite, professional and very clean service.

Fast friendly service, they were able to attend the same day as I called and sorted my shower quickly. Very reasonable price and good communication from everyone I spoke with. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.
