I’ve just had Dan over and have learnt so much in under an hour that I thought we were doing right but really, could and should be doing better. From changing the position of the carbon monoxide alarm (which I have verified online myself!) to guidance on burning fuel, I thought I had this down….but now feel better educated. Honestly, a visit from Dan is really worth it and it’s clear to see that excellent standards and safety is paramount to him. He shares info in an easy to understand way and is incredibly professional. I will see you next time Dan! Thank you again for all the guidance.

Lee came to sweep our chimney when we first moved into our house. The house had been empty for over a year and we have no idea when the chimney was swept before that. Lee made everything safe for us to have an open fire again, he found lots of birds nests (enough to fill our compost bin!) and put a new cowl on to stop the birds getting in again. Very professional service, Lee covered all our furniture and floor before he started. Lovely guy, great service, highly recommended!
Lee & Jake have just finished taking out our old 1950's fireplace and back boiler and prepped the area ready for a stove to be fitted later, we are so pleased with the work undertaken so far, :) on time, on budget, professional and friendly, and plenty of advice.

Lee did a great job when we first moved in. Assessed the 3 wood burners and moved the better one into the lounge having refurbished it. New flue, respray of the burner and replaced a missing knob or two. We have an excellent brown paint hob that is ageing to a gold colour just like Lee said it would. He is still maintaining it annually and doing an excellent job.

Have been using this company for a couple of years now. Polite, trustworthy, clean workers, punctual and have a great booking system. We like to use local and this company is certainly one we will continue to use.

I think its unlikely anyone could beat Worcestershire Chimney Services for quality of service and customer care. Lee and Jake recently fitted a new woodburner and chimney liner and repaired extensive damage to the flaunch on top of the chimney. It was not a straightforward job due to some complexities with our chimney but they resolved all problems calmly by drawing on their huge body of knowledge and experience. They kept us informed, showed us detailed videos of the problems as they arose and of the solutions they implemented, providing us with advice and options along the way.
