We recently had a replacement conservatory installed by 5 star. The initial visit and survey was carried out by Ross who fully explained our options and didn't pressure to close the sale. The pricing was competitive and the install was carried out very efficiently. The team arrived on the agreed day and on time, by 5.00pm that had removed the old conservatory, cleaning up and removing the rubbish as they went, and had the new unit installed, secure and water tight returning the following day to complete the installation and clean up the final bits. Excellent install, service and aftersales, very much a 5 star service.

Pears have very recently finished the construction of a new "garden room " for us which we are very pleased with. Our project was never going to simple due to the complications of how the new room would be connected to the house and existing garage roof. In fact a couple of companies more local to us never really seemed to grasp what was required, let alone come up with a feasible plan to do so. We had never come across Pears before but are glad that we did. We have been very impressed with all of the staff we dealt with from initial survey and planning discussions through to the builders and fitting team and of course the office staff. Everyone has been great to deal with and have been very patient in explaining what they were doing and dealt with all of our questions in a really professional but personable manner.
