Jason performed an EPC for our property sale, he was very professional answering questions throughout the process. Myself and my partner were so impressed with the service; that we commissioned Jason to perform a Lvl2 survey on our onwards purchase. We had great contact with Jason prior to the survey, and a follow up meeting after the report was produced. The report was exceptional, highlighting items that needed to be addressed pre-exchange. Having the report in hand was the catalyst for several items of remediation work. I would highly recommend Jason for the services that he offers.

Highly recommend Worcester property surveys and Jason! They provide an exceptional service, going above and beyond to provide insights about the property I was buying. The survey was booked in quickly and there report was turned around within the week.

I used Duncan from Trusted Home Surveys three times in my search for a home in Gloucestershire. All I can say about Duncan and Trusted Home Survey is that they are incredibly knowledgeable efficient, professional, thorough and approachable. Their written report is incredibly informative and detailed and is great value for money. I recently sold my house in Scotland and spent double the amount on a home report which consisted of about a dozen of tick the box report pages of the property which was not worth a fraction of the report provided by Duncan. I had several telephone conversations with Duncan who kept me appraised at all times especially when one of the property which I was considering purchasing had suspected subsidence issues. I can not praise Trusted Home Surveys and Duncan enough and would highly recommend them as I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

The Homebuyer’s Survey that Duncan carried out was very thorough and well worth the money. He even called me the following day to chat it through and gave me the opportunity to ask questions to clarify any of his findings. Excellent service, highly recommended.
