It was first time trying new restaurants around. We been not disappointed. It was not busy only few tables taken because of good weather outside. Staff was checking Time to time are we okay do we need more drinks was really friendly! The portion size is amazing really worth the price. We had two starters and two main.. its was a feast! Food was delicious full of flavors! Highly recommend will return for sure! When we asked to take away box they pack everything for us. The plates was wormed up before mains came in. Food was steaming hot! High standards restaurant ! Really happy that found this place !!.

A group of us went as a few had birthdays over the coming days, we all had a great experience, the food was delicious and the portions were more than enough. I will advice to either bring cash or bank transfer the bill total to one person as they don't do split bills here. The staff are very helpful. I'll definitely come back again in the near future. It can get busy here so I do advice to book a table ahead of your visit.

The dishes looked simple but the taste was amazing. Absolutely stuffed as we didn't want to waste any of it. Would love to bring the rest of the family next time.

Had a banquet meal on Thursday evening. The food was excellent, very tasty and refined. Also the service was excellent as the waiter had a very good manner. Two very minor suggestions to the Management - the lighting in the restaurant is just a bit too bright, and, although the toilet was very clean, it is in need of modernisation. However, the food and service are the key factors for this review, and both were excellent.

Excellent food and lovely people. Proper Chinese food using excellent ingredients not your normal greasy stuff. If you want a great banquet or just a tasty takeaway this the place to go in Formby (in business at the same location for 25 years+ and in the village for more than 40)

Highly recommend this restaurant, delicious traditional Chinese food and nice atmosphere. We will be back here!

Just had a meal here with my 3 year old, the staff were brilliant with her. So kind and attentive and playful with her. She's usually a very fussy eater but she ate her whole meal which is very rare! We had battered prawns to start and duck in plum sauce with soft noodles for an entrée and she loved it. Faultless.

First time today…. best in Liverpool hands down. Amazing food, reasonably priced… a dying breed of restaurant! 11/10.

Food is amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful with children.
