Went here quite late midweek hoping for something nice to eat. The food was incredible and the staff where amazing especially with two tired children. Buffet style dinning but catered to what the staff know will be eaten and not wasted. Highly recommended.

New Yang's in Barry is a lovely Chinese Restaurant to visit for beautiful food. Celebrating my Granddaughter's Birthday was a lovely evening at this Restaurant and would visit again..

As always the food was on point and despite being short staffed the food was served fast. Thank you Leila as always for great service.

We had a family meal here, the staff were 1st class, service was brilliant and the food was outstanding with generous portion. The restaurant was very clean and the toilets were spotless. We had a brilliant night in lovely surroundings and atmosphere. Would 100% highly recommend this restaurant.

What a great place to have food , best sit down chinese I have had for ages , highly recommend and staff are so helpful and could not do enough for us . Will definitely be going there again in new year .

I must admit, it's a bit pricey so it's definitely more of a treat than a regular place to eat but the food is fresh and delicious. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The food is served quickly and there's a lovely friendly atmosphere.

I love this chinese restaurant yes they arnt getting much business and it's not there fault they are really kind staff and they are trying there best I love there chow mein especially the beef and the chicken balls and sour dip is wonderfull I go here every day and I just love the kindness and the environment in the summer its nice to sit on the bridge listening to the birds or sitting inside looking at the fish tanks please come here guys I would recommend ive tried the curry and I find it Ok i don't know why people say its bad because its not the best time is the evening I like the most as it mainly quiet the price isn't bad but dose sometimes a pain but I know why they put it high because they don't get enough business and the people in cowbridge don't go here alot it's quite sad how they are missing out on a delicious meal thank you river view chinese.

A lovely Chinese Restaurant serving scrumptious first class food. Meat and vegetables are really tender. I had the Beef with Cashew Nuts and Noodles, which was superb. The China Tea was certainly different to what I usually drink, but it was nice. Lovely furnishings too.

We love everything on their menu. My son always enjoys their skewered chicken, recently, ventured more and more dishes on their menu, Cantonese ribs, lettuce wrap, and even squid! The staff are warm and friendly. They make us feel so welcoming very time we go.
