A very professional establishment with great parking, gorgeous offices and friendly staff. Becky has erased a back ache that I have suffered from for 10 years and Sarah has helped my 14 year old son to completely straighten out a deformed chest. I can't speak highly enough of them. If you have been in pain for some time, don't suffer any longer, book an appointment.

From the first initial phone call to all my appts the friendly reception from everyone is so good. Becca is amazing and has worked wonders on my back in a short time too. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND the clinic and have told so many about it. Thank you.

I first found the clinic 3 years ago after suffering from sciatica for a very long time. Sarah was so knowledgable and understanding. Having played a good standard of Rugby for a number of years it had taken its toll on my body and even though I finished playing over ten years ago the stress of playing a contact sport still affects me. I had a niggle lower back problem that was slowing me down a great deal with work, the solution from the Doctors was a raft of pain killers that would only mask the issue I felt. With the help of Abi & the Aligned Health team, this has been resolved totally and I’m free from pain. It’s not a cheap solution but in all honesty, it was the best solution. So, if you have you have a problem with your joints just call them up and give it a go it worked for me so it will work for you. - R

Having been a very keen gardener for many years my body began to complain in the form of quite severe muscular pain and stiffness. I was also beginning to struggle with walking. My doctor recommended Ibuprofen four times a day for a couple of weeks. This had no effect at all so I decided to look at alternative solutions. Googling my symptoms, as you do, there were recommendations to see a chiropractor. I discovered Harding Chiropractors was near to where I live. A visit to Helen made such an amazing difference to my mobility. A few treatments later my symptoms are very much improved. I have also recently discovered the benefits of Emma's deep tissue massages. The combined treatments I would recommend to anyone who suffers from aches and pains.
