I was fortunate to access the services of Relive Physiotherapy following a state of intense (and utterly depressing) back pain. The main root causes were quickly determined, which put me at ease, and I was then given very clear and progressive exercises, and treatment, to resolve the problem. My expectations were managed very well throughout and I’m now swimming, cycling and running, and working at my desk again, pain free. Many thanks to Shivani for fixing me, and to the team at Relive - they have a very welcoming and professional service.

Always welcomed warmly on arrival. All staff members were so friendly. Sneha was absolutely fantastic in her treatment of my lower back and neck/spine. Whilst attending sessions, pain and uncomfortableness eased so very much. I would recommend Relive Physiotherapy to anyone looking for this treatment for their aches, pains and ailments

Fantastic service pain free, waiting 12 months for NHS treatment and was told wait another 26 weeks for a cortisone injection in the foot. This is why I took a chance to try these amazing people. Thank you so much.

After a fall from a horse a few years ago I've had an symmetry in my hips when I ride which was affecting my balance and position. After finally deciding to try and get it sorted I found Mark at Rebound Physiotherapy after reading all the wonderful reviews he has online. I can say that the 5 star rating is entirely justified. After being unsure whether my problems would even be possible to fix I was so happy how quickly thoroughly he identified the issues in my hips and was able to treat it. I'm so happy with the treatment and the service. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Mark. He took a detailed history of my knee problem, followed by a thorough assessment. He was patient and attentive in listening to and answering my questions. Treatment options were discussed in detail. I left in much less pain than when I arrived and with a greater understanding on what the issues were and the treatment outcomes. Thank you, Mark.

Mark is by far and without a shadow of a doubt the best physio I have dealt with. He is incredibly thorough in his assessments, takes the time to go through treatment options pros, cons and potential risks and truly goes to the root causes of issues rather than just treating symptoms. I pulled my Achilles tendon whilst on holiday and needed support on my return to the uk. The NHS wait was too long so I contacted Jason for advice and treatment. Within a week I was seen assessed and a plan put in place. The exercise app used was nothing but brilliant to monitor my exercise regime progress. I was impressed that Jason is also a professional footballer who speaks from first hand experience of pulls strains and injuries. I will continue to use and recommend Jason to one and all. I had ongoing knee issues in 2022 and wasn’t able to play sports for a long time because of this. I met Jason who was fantastic. I had sessions with him and he gave me a tailored plan to gradually condition myself and get back into my sports. Thanks to him I was able to undergo the rehab and start playing racket sports regularly again. He gave me a lot of time and happily addressed all my questions + queries . I am grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anybody.

Following a skiing accident I contacted Jason for an assessment of any lasting damage and whether future ski trips would be wise. After an examination and testing of leg strength, etc., Jason provided an exercise plan to strengthen my knee/legs in preparation for my trip. The exercises really did the trick and I had no problems whatsoever on the slopes. The confidence boost given and peace of mind provided can’t be overrated. Highly recommended. Thank you.
