Thank you for EXCEPTIONAL service ! I have taken my mum and dad here for over 5 years. And recommended them to so many other people who have equally been as impressed as us at the quality of their services. The service is EXCEPTIONAL. My dad is 91 and now even since my mum has passed away the whole team Vanessa, Cordero and Jessica have been so accommodating in supporting my dad’s needs. And he is a difficult chap to please and I feel so supported by them and they go out of their way to help and make sure we get exactly what we want. I would highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for all they have done for dad. Nothing is ever too much trouble . A huge thank you x.

I never had earwax removed previously, but after one ear became completely blocked I had to do something. I saw Judy last week in Chester and she was completely professional, friendly and reassuring. My blocked ear proved a bit difficult but I went back later the same day, after more ear drops, and she was able to clear it. The whole process was efficient and painless. My hearing is now great, if a bit loud at times! On the basis of my experience I certainly recommend Interhearing. Thanks, Judy.

My partner was resisting all attempts to wear hearing aids but even during our first appointment with Kia, he completely changed his perception of how beneficial they would be. Kia talked him through everything in great detail and gave him his confidence back. He now wears his hearing aids all day, every day and we would highly recommend Kia.
