Had another lovely visit to Sophie the hygienist - she is so professional yet caring considerate friendly and gentle. I would highly recommend her but hope she will still fit me. In if she gets busy. Her assistant was also very good and Lyndsey the receptionist was also very professional caring kind and understanding as I arrived in a bit of a flap about something that happened and all 3 above mentioned people listened and helped me! Thank you.

Incredibly friendly and comforting. As nervous as I was about having a tooth removed they made me feel 100% in control and comfortable. Will recommend to anyone. Very helpful Receptionist,Rob my dentist and his assistant made me feel very calm and relaxed having my treatment.

Absolutely fantastic care from the team. I've been a patient with this practice for many years and have seen several dentists over the years Mr Shaw, Mr Plumbly, Mr Mizen, but can honestly say I have not received better treatment than from the current team. Many thanks.

Great experience, as always! Visited twice in the last 6 months , the service is great , atmosphere relaxing and can always find appointment time that suits me. Dr Gaby and her staff are professional and friendly. The quality and standard of service is very high. Treatment rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Waiting area is welcoming and smartly presented.Bookings are promptly confirmed, and if any changes need to be made they are easily accommodated. I have been a patient for around 5 years and I would absolutely recommend Mouth Matters to anyone looking for a dental practice.

I went to mouth matters because i lost two front teath in an accident .Dr Gabriel put a bride and two veneers im over the moon with the results .The staff are so warm and caring. I was so scared of the pain but dr Gabriel was so lovely and put at ease. I would definitely recommend the dentist it was amazing. I now have my confidence back thank you so much.

Gaby is an exceptional dentist who runs a very strong practice that is a real credit to her and the wider team. I have had a range of care and treatments over 15 years plus now, most recently a molar implant; and I would not hesitate to recommend Mouth Matters to anyone seeking the highest quality dental advice and treatment. Best dentist I have ever been to! I have needed quite a lot of work and I've seen both Dr Khalid and Dr Yaser and they are a testament to what good dentists should be! Not only are they lovely but amazing at what they do. I'm a nervous patient and have been made to feel so safe as soon as I walk in till I leave. Last week I had 4 extractions all in one go with Yaser and Holly and they were amazing I'm blown away by their care and how quick and painless it was! I had a follow up today to check how I was and again they were fantastic and made me feel calm and talked me through everything! Looking forward to having a nice smile again thanks to Chester dental.

After being so scared to attend a dentist for my whole life it came to it that I hadn't been for a very long time. I had to find an emergency dentist as my dentist couldn't see me so got an emergency appointment with Dr Yaser Al Dakerand, but what an honestly amazing team, from entering I felt welcomed and made to put at ease I have decided to change over dentist.

Referred for a complicated wisdom tooth removal, Dr Yasser and his team did a fantastic job. Staff very helpful and a fantastic experience. Many thanks.
