Beautiful Grade 1 listed church. The poets Samuel T. Coleridge and Robert Southey were both married here. Thomas Wordsworth "marvelous boy" whose formative years were spent contemplating the Gothic splendor of this church. It was Elizabeth I who visited Bristol is said to called St. Mary Redcliffe.

We attended this church Saturday gone for a candlelight concert ran by Fever to watch a string quartet perform a tribute to Queen although in low light the building was just of outstanding beauty we definitely plan to go back in the daytime.

Beautiful church that is quite comparable to the Bristol Cathedral. Usually less busy and just as beautiful. If you start off your Bristol visit by the central station, make sure to visit this place. It’s a short 10 minute walk.

Not religious myself, went to support my family. Beautiful modern church with an interesting backstory about its construction. Has some beautiful modern stained glass windows. I enjoyed going, though, I cannot put my finger on what but something was missing in the church in comparison to others I'd been to. Felt a little too empty, but I think in time with general use and having many people over the years show their love in different ways will give it its charm eventually. The priests were very approachable and happy to help! Thank you Father Declan! (I didn't get your last name, sorry if I'm being disrespectful) areas for silence there and to light candles in the name of passed loved ones. The chairs are interesting as they have cushions attached to the back in order to prey on knees as they do not have traditional pues. Plenty of parking round the front and back with disabled access and help available. 10/10 would go again, friendliest aura.

We joined here for the Sunday mass and it was nice to be there for the peaceful mind. I felt a bit awkward on the structure of the cathedral because there were no pictures and statues of Jesus Christ on the altar.

This cathedral is beautiful and Canon Bosco is wonderful. The chorus sing like angels. We got our vows renewed in November. We'll never forget such a magical event. Thanks Canon Bosco. God bless you.
