After the unimaginable loss of our beautiful daughter Maisie we were recommended Brunel FD from a friend. Not knowing where to start planning for the unthinkable both louse and Chris were so supportive, explaining everything and always being at the end of the phone to answer any question and support us when needed. Nothing was too much trouble and knowing our beautiful girl was being so well looking after was such a comfort for us at such a difficult time. We were able to plan a lovely celebration of life and Craig and the rest of the team were so amazingly kind and supportive on the most difficult day. A compassionate and professional team we can’t recommend the team highly enough.

A genuine heart felt thank you for everything Brunel Funeral Directors have done for giving our beloved family friend the best send off possible. Louise, Chris and the team supported us from the moment I called up absolutely clueless right through to the actual funeral day. Your support and compassion was endless and genuine. I am so grateful for the way Craig guided me through the arrangements for my wife’s funeral. At such a difficult time it made an enormous difference having such a kind and considerate funeral director. Through the entire process of arranging the funeral, I knew we were in safe hands, and every detail was handled perfectly. Craig was flexible and accommodating, and the day itself went perfectly. I couldn’t recommend Adams Funeral Directors any more highly.

Craig was amazing!! He is so accommodating and caring. He has walked my Nan, Mum, Aunts and Uncle through the process. As our family recently lost our Patriarch and the funeral arrangements were beautiful. My grandad would have been well pleased with everything.

I would like to thank Craig Adams & his team that worked patiently with our family in our time of sorrow, so that we were able to honour our Mother Lucille's wishes with every detail that she had put in place. We thank you for your exceptional service, compassion & perseverance.
