Smart Move Removals were absolutely fantastic from initial quote right through to moving day. The team were always on hand for questions and no query or job was too big or small for them. We are over the moon with our decision to use Smart Move to help us move house. The team work and strength that those guys have was incredible to see and the rate in which our furniture got rebuilt by Harry was very impressive!! We definitely recommend to anyone needing a removals company.

After a friend recommended the team at Smartmove we can confirm they have been incredible and we would definitely recommend to anyone! We had to move the date several times due to unnecessary delays in the chain, however Justine was really helpful in making sure once we exchanged (at short notice) there was an available team to move us. On the day Jonny and Luke came to help pack and load all of our belongings in London, and were there the following day in Devon for the unload. Both were friendly and worked hard to get the process completed as efficiently as possible. We also had a laugh throughout which took the pressure out of what could have been a much more difficult time.

We were very nervous about the whole moving process after 10 years in our old house and the accumulation of a looooooooot of stuff. We paid a very reasonable fee for packing, dismantling and moving service and Smartmove were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Cannot say enough good things about the experience! Thanks guys & gals!

Bristol Van Removals managed my move from my house in Plymouth to storage in Bristol. Andy and Dylan were brilliant - very efficient, packed everything up with care, trustworthy, able to leave them to the packing and are a credit to the company. They made the whole process stress free. There was an issue with accessing the storage in my absence - all sorted by the movers and even went above and beyond to drop the key off so I was able to access the storage facility the follow day as the move had been slightly later than planned on the weekend. BVR were very responsive via phone and email the moment I sought a quote. Essential when trying to juggle everything that moving house involves! Brilliant service - would highly recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service - would definitely recommend. Quick to come and give a quote; open and honest with advice (advised not to pay any deposits until exchange/completion date is confirmed). Also quoted for a smaller one van move for furniture items to Son's new home in Newport - which they have not completed. The two-man team were polite; friendly and well dressed. They completed the loading of the van quickly and efficiently with very little input from myself. When they arrived at Newport my son also said they were friendly and helpful as well as efficient, moving a full bedroom suite (including a triple) wardrobe to the top floor of a town house and re-assembling the bed and wardrobe. I would not hesitate in recommending BVR to friends and relatives.

Booked these guys for a move across Bristol. We had Philip,Alex and Dylan on our move and I can't praise these guys enough. They really took care with our items, were incredibly efficient at packing the van, friendly and helpful the whole time. The new property was on the top floor and on a hot day it was a really hard slog but they remained professional and upbeat the whole time. I can't rate this company highly enough. From my first contact to final invoice I have nothing but praise for them including the fair pricing. Hopefully no more moving, but if I do I will definitely use again.
