Brilliant Service! I brought my phone in after it completely froze and wouldn’t respond to a forced restart. The TPS team were so helpful. A couple of attempted ‘quick fixes’ didn’t work, but they sent me away for 30 minutes to have a coffee while their engineer performed some magic on it. It’s completely fine now, and they even cleaned the charging socket and gave it a polish for me too. They didn’t charge me a penny, though I’d have happily paid. I’ll definitely be going back the next time I need to make a purchase or get a repair done. Thank you so much.

I had my screen replaced here 6 months ago for a really competitive price. I’ve since had some other issues with the phone and have taken it here - the team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They’ve done lots of detailed troubleshooting for me and have sorted out the issues.

Like I said I will back To.this shop . Great team. There are put new screen protector hypegel to my phone p30 pro. Fast and good service . And lovely people . What else do you need.

Fantastic service. My phone wasn't charging and I thought it was going to be an expensive repair. Turned out it was fluff and dirt in the charging port and the phone shop cleaned it out in seconds. They charged me nothing!!! Not usual these days. - Paul B Reply

In my opinion, the best place in Kingswood to get your phone, repaired, serviced or enhanced. I needed a battery changed on my iPhone, and not only did this place have the best price, but the staff were very knowledgeable, super helpful, and explained every step of the process. It’s nice when you have service like this, not just people doing it for their basic hourly rate, but people who actually take pride in their work. I came to the store around five years ago and came back today, pleased to see they are still here and I will be a customer for as long as they are here.

Excellent service. Super quick repair. I feel that I received an honest repair - was told glass was broken not screen which made the repair much cheaper. I always feel I get honest advice with a fair price. Thank you very much for a fair, honest quick repair. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again .

If you ever need your mobile phone, laptop, x-box, PlayStation, looked at pop in and see them. They are very friendly and very helpful and they won't rip you off like a lot of other places. Plus, they also do very good screen protectors for your mobile phones.

Excellent service. Needed to repair my charging port and get a new battery. Charging port was repaired in about 5 minutes. Battery had to be ordered in but it arrived within 2 days and was fitted in about half an hour. Will definitely be using these guys again

So Happy with these guys, the service is excellent and they really went the extra mile to give me the best possible deal with my Samsung s24 ultra, it's the cheapest price by far, I couldn't be more happy, would highly recommend, cheers guys
