One of the most stunning cathedrals we’ve ever been to. This place has so much history and is incredibly peaceful. Unlike other cathedrals, this one is just as beautiful and ornate on the outside as it is on the inside. The staff clearly love this cathedral and are happy to share its history with visitors. Services on Sundays are wonderful and worth experiencing if you’re in the area.

Superb cathedral at the heart of Edinburgh. Best example of Scottish architecture and the amazing shapes of its gray/rosie stones. Ecletic decoration that leaves space for spirituallity and inner reflection. Many concerts are organized during the year, dont miss the opportunity of listening to classical music in such a seamless surounding.

An extraordinary church, very historic and interesting. The famous writer Agatha Christie is said to have married here. It can be found at the end of Princess Street Gardens. The very helpful and friendly staff at this church allowed us to enter and take a few photos. The stained glass windows are beautiful. I would recommend a visit if you have the opportunity.

Beautiful old church with different colors on the walls than I have ever seen. Found my family name in the hymnal several times from those who either wrote the words or the music of the hymns.
