I recently had the pleasure of going to rent a storage unit at Safestore and was incredibly impressed with the level of service provided by their lovely assistant, Yuliya. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect storage solution for my needs.

Amazing. Such a great help and super nice people. Storage space was good, we thought it would be tiny but it fit everything we needed it to fit. Such good service would highly recommend.

I never had any issues with the unit, price was fair, and the people working there were very helpful and kind.

They may not be the cheapest. I personally used it for 2 months during my relocation. I don’t store much stuff and service counter helped to find the cheapest option for my needs, which is a big locker. The overall from facility to process is very designed. They would refund if any overpaid direct debit due to payment cycle and your actual rental end date requested. Good.

I was Completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service .Very helpful and efficient Gill & Mark. Excellent service. 100% recommend.

Tracey was so warm and helpful, I whole heartedly recommend using big yellow edinburgh.

The people at Kangaroo Self Storage are wonderful and very helpful. The storage compartments are very clean and safe. I highly recommend Kangaroo Self Storage Edinburgh.

Moving from overseas back to Scotland, I was looking for interim storage. Kangaroo Self Storage understood my concerns and needs immediately. With their experience, and professionalism, I had no hesitation to send my shipment to them. Worry free and so straightforward - so obviously would recommend.
