They were upfront on costs and time. They got the laptop back to me within 24 hours and that’s an amazing turn around. They said if extra charges are needed for parts then they will be added in at the end which leaves one to be apprehensive but they are honest about their work and didn’t charge for any extra parts as they weren’t required.

Prompt courteous and efficient service. The staff member made sure the my iphone was back in service as soon as possible. He was also kind enough to test items to ensure that the problem was identified and for additional need. So pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic service. Friendly staff. Walked in with no appointment, luckily screen replacement for mac was in store. They said a few hours but got a text 1 hr later saying ready to collect. Almost £150 cheaper than quote from apple which would involve laptop being sent away for 1 week. Really pleased with service and would recommend / use again.

It was well worth the trip - they were super helpful, friendly and efficient and my computer is running like a dream now! It's basically a new computer but it was much cheaper. Excellent. Extremely efficient and good communication. My 27 inch 8 year old Dell crashed, losing everything. PC Man very quickly replaced the hard drive and with Data Recovery I got back all my lost files. Highly recommend. I’m a 70 year old lady and a bit clueless about computers so really appreciated their help.
