CAIRDEAN HOUSE CARE HOME REVIEWS

My mum moved to Cairdean House a few weeks ago and she was impressed with it as soon as she arrived. She got a warm welcome and settled in immediately. Her room is bright and airy and looks onto the garden. The staff have been simply amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. She is looked after 24 hours a day which is very reassuring for me. There is a great variety of daily activities to participate in. We are always made to feel welcome when we visit and the staff are very good at keeping me up to date.

Great home. Very high standards and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

QUEENS MANOR CARE HOME REVIEWS

Since my husband moved to Queen's Manor in February, he has been treated very well by all the staff and treated with respect. He is very happy and enjoys all the activities and outings. He also enjoys the food. He has never asked how long he will be there and accepts that this is now his home.

Everyone very friendly, helpful and caring. Any problems are efficiently and promptly dealt with. Plenty of activities and outings, it is your choice. I really enjoy my life here, never lonely.

The resident who is my relation is being looked after in a manner which is of a hotel with constant personal attention.

My father stayed here for 5 months before his passing. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff & the facilities. They made a difficult situation a lot easier through their patience & kindness. The highest compliment I can pay Victoria Manor is that if I ever get to the stage where I need care I want to stay there.

Visit a friend regularly. The staff are kind and friendly and very busy. The Care Home is clean and tidy and secure. Management are good there too. They all have very difficult jobs seeing to their patients.

I would like to thank all the staff for the lovely care they gave my husband John and for all the activities they had. It was fabulous, thanks to Caroline and all of the excellent staff.
