Used Polished Scott Cleaning to do Airbnb cleaning for 6 weeks over the fringe this year. Can highly recommend! They communicate promptly in the WhatsApp group they create for you, go in straight after guests leave to clean, can accommodate same day flips and they send over cleaning reports with photos once they done. They were even able to provide and wash all towels and bedding and even provided tea and coffee for guests. Was very impressed with Chris, Karolina and co!

I highly recommend Polished Scot. I found them online and contacted them about cleaning services for my mum who lives alone with dementia. From the outset, the communication was excellent, with emails responded to promptly and my mum's needs considered. The cleaner was so patient and lovely with my mum. She was trained to understand the needs of someone with my mum's challenges. This was great for mum and gave me the kind of reassurance I needed, as my mum was so vulnerable. The level of services were also exemplary so mum's house was kept clean and comfortable always. Definitely hire Polished Scot if you're thinking about it.

I have used this company for private cleaning in my home for several years now. The cleaners are skilful and well- mannered with good standards. I usually keep the same cleaner for most of the time but if they cannot come to me the company replaces with someone else. Tomek, the boss, in particular, has always been responsive when I have had to discuss anything. I would reckon them.
