Had such a great experience at Ralph Lauren in Portsmouth thanks to Amelie. She was super friendly, professional and really went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Amelie was really knowledgeable about the products and gave great advice without being pushy at all — just really helpful and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. She’s a real credit to the store and to Ralph Lauren as a brand. Will definitely be back thanks to her.

Called the store earlier in the day to reserve two Pink Linen shirts for a wedding in Greece! Spoke with Amela who put them aside. When I got to the store, Amela was so attentive and helpful! She made it her mission to get me a shirt and socks to match! The socks were not in stock, but she ordered them to my home address! She gave me loads of shirt options! It was like having a personal shopper! Can’t tell you how good the experience was! Purchased pink linen shirt and socks that match and a black leather woven belt to complement the outfits! Highly recommend.

Freddie! This guy was a super helpful. A true salesman, approached me when I entered the store asking if I needed any help, I thought I knew what I was looking for… just another polo shirt but ended up buying a whole outfit with Freddie’s guidance! He was dressed really dapper in a suit so I felt comfortable taking his advice of what worked best for me and spent more than just a a polo hence he’s a true salesman! Superdry itself is one of the best brands for me being here in the UK, is what I've discovered based on all the clothing shopping research & roam around I've done. I say that because I'm from the US, so trying to find the right type of clothing & looks is important of course & most of the time I go back to Superdry. I think they're price is reasonable for most or half the of their products besides some exceptions (e.g. t-shirt prices can be reduced). When it comes to this store, their customer service for me has always been on point & great. Never had a bad experience to be honest. I just wish they bring in more stocks for their jacket collection, besides that everything is A1.
