Amazing staff, went in with an idea of a charm. The staff recommended I get an engraved charm, the machine wasn't working properly and they weren't happy with the product so didn't give it to me. Took my name and number and phoned me when the product was redone and it looks amazing. Thank you so much.

Had a lovely experience in Pandora today with my little girl. The lady serving us named Megan D was so welcoming and brilliant with my 9 year old. Even though it was busy she showed her all the charms of interest and then wrote her wish list for Santa. Couldn’t recommend Megan enough. Pandora is lucky to have found such a charming and friendly member of staff.

Love this shop, both myself and my daughter have Pandora bracelets and "O" Pendant Necklaces, big choice of Charms etc here, and staff are friendly and very helpful.

The diamond needed to be reset and the band narrowed, and their expert craftsmanship restored it to perfection. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that my concerns were addressed and that the ring fit comfortably. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My ring now looks as beautiful as the day I received it, with the diamond securely set and the band perfectly resized. I highly recommend Charlotte Cornelius Jewelers for any jewelry repairs and alterations.

Uniquely hand crafted and Beautifully designed, ethically sourced jewellery. I am in love with all of Charlottes pieces, they are truly dazzling. Charlotte provides a memorable experience in the time she spends with her clients designing bespoke jewellery to be enjoyed and treasured forever.

I’m just at the beginning of the process of having a ring designed and made by Charlotte and her team. Charlotte was lovely when I visited her studio and all the staff were friendly. The experience has been great with Charlotte drawing an image of the ring I wanted and Hannah sourced some beautiful stones and was really helpful when I was deciding which one to choose. I’m looking forward to the rest of the process and seeing the ring when it’s finished.
