Great range of footwear for all. The shop is always clean and tidy with nice displays. Never have to wait to be served which is excellent. Needs more space creating for people to get around with pushchairs as the children section is right at the back of the shop. Quite good on the pricing I think. Love the Timberland boots range they have in store. Sells some trainers you can't get else where and a bigger range of them, these are the Adidas Gazelle trainers.

Thank you Schuh at Portsmouth, very good Customer Service from Lee, who managed to find the right size Converse Shoes for my Grandaughter for her Birthday Present, they fitted her perfect and she was so pleased with them too, as they were on her Birthday wish list. Also Zoe in the store too, thank you both very much.

Always helpful nothing is too much trouble. Free delivery to home if shoes not in stock. They take Blue light card as well.

Visited my niece for the holidays from London and popped by with her my son and her mum to get them their very first school shoes, a very important event to us. It was extremely busy (luckily I am an ex shoe fitter so we were okay for shoe fitting) Umar, the shop assistant that dealt with us was extremely helpful, attentive and great with the kids and made what could have been a stressful experience perfect. I ended up buying my own pair for school too! Props to him.

I visited the Gunwharf store today (17/06/12) around midday and was served by a young asian lad. He was very helpful throughout getting the shoe sizes both me and my wife requested without making it seem like anything too difficult. He has always been like this everytime me and my family visit. Always polite and courteous and always delivering excellent customer service. Thank you to the young lad.

I went to buy some trekking shoes today at Gunwharf. Caroline the manageress went out of her way to try and find me some. Such a lovely lady and a really great role model for her staff. Thank you so much Caroline for all your hard work today, I know it wasn't an easy task. It was very much appreciated.

The shop assistants were lovely and very helpful. I was looking for a particularly popular style and one of the assistants went out of her way to help me and helped me with sizes. Be sure to ask for help when you’re shopping as they couldn’t be better!

Great items, only buy in the sale, new slippers, last pair have lasted 6 years. Still wearable but look abit tiered. New ones are similar to cozy 2. So soft and fluffy in a cute lilac colour. Website quick and easy to use. Delivery within 3 days.

A shop dedicated to the ugliest foot wear in the world ... well laid out with surprisingly few customers.
