This company has excellent customer service. We requested a sample of wood and it came within days. The girls were able to answer a lot of my questions regarding a bed frame. They even called me back after a missed call over a weekend. Anyway, ordered the Heywood single bed it was delivered within one week. The delivery guys kept us informed of timings etc. They unpacked the bed and checked for damage. We had to dispose of the boxes but thats no hardship. The bed went together like a dream and looks amazing. Would highly recommend this company. The quality of goods is excellent and the customer service is second to none. Thank you.

Fantastic 5 star all round. We purchased the Westcott Solid Wood Bed in King Size last year. The service at the time was brilliant and the staff were very helpful esp when we encountered difficulties with the finance company. The bed is beautiful, well built and solid, everything we wanted. Unfortunately a slat broke recently, one contact and the OBS sorted out a new slat to be sent out to us straight away. Fantastic after care! Thank you.

There was a small hiccup with one of the parts for our bed, which the team rectified in a timely manner. Top service and would use again.

My wife and I brought a super king divan, and it looks amazing. The staff in store are very polite and knowledgeable, and you don’t feel rushed into buying . The delivery drivers were exceptional , nothing was too much trouble . I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a bed in the future.

Lovely way to shop. Kate greeted me and then directed me to my purchase. So simple and friendly. 2 burly chaps quickly installed my mattress and removed the old one. Excellent service would recommend anyone to use them.

Absolutely brilliant service. Bed purchased (Harrison) is fantastic. Sterling Beds very helpful in keeping me updated with receiving the bed and then arranging a convenient date for delivery. Superb.

Went to the Portsmouth store to get some information and prices ahead of a purchase.. Julie was the store assistant that helped me. She was polite and very knowledgeable about the products. I left the store after about an hour with an extensive price list so I could decide at home with my partner.. would like to thank Julie for her help and time, and I will be returning very soon to purchase my new bed.
