Really solid team at this shop! Had a bike services earlier this year, and had some issues again. Checked it out and got a quick fix with no charge and no question. I Bought a 2nd hand road bike from their stock at the front. It wasn't quite right for me. and they took it back at the shop for a full refund - no questions. I'll be keeping an eye out for something more suitable and would recommend this shop.

Dropped in my aged Trek for an overhaul and the guys did a great job. Swift and accurate quote on drop off, phone call as promised when ready and a nice natter. Will be back soon with another bike for them! Recommended.

Little Steve sorted me and my partner out very efficiently and in a very friendly manner. I’m so happy with my bike now and to talk to someone who knows what they’re talking about/not trying to rip you off. Shops like this are so important. Amazing service! Thank you!

Absolute gem of a shop. Such a good experience from walking in to riding out. Staff are just phenomenal and can't do enough for you. Great advice, even when you think you know best ha ha can't thank them all enough for the wisdom and fantastic turn around on my new bike. Won't be going anywhere else again as it would be a step down. Do yourself a favour and pop in, you will see why it's ten times better than an online only purchase.

Absolutely great service. I had an issue with my road bike a night before an event and took it down there on the off chance they might be able to look at it. The technician took a look at it straight away, and made some adjustments, before noticing that the chain link was on the wrong way around, which he then swapped out for a new one. Problem solved, and the bike ran great the next day. Ill be going there for all my future cycling needs.

I took by Boardman ADV 8.9 in for a service. It was done in a day, the price for the service was literally unbeatable, and I can honestly say that the bike is running better than its run before. Better than when I first bought the bike. I will definitely be coming back again. highly recommended.

Got my bike serviced here a few weeks back, can honestly say Tony is the best guy I have been to in the Portsmouth area and will definitely go to him again. Used other shops in Southsea and they botched things on it, Tony looked over it whilst I was still there confirmed what I knew they had broken and even spotted some other bits I had missed. He was honest and up front and helped me out massively servicing it before a race. Top bloke!

Always brilliant service from Tony & Dan. I’ve taken TT bikes to them, wheels, cross bikes and they’ve been class with them all. Even when I’ve needed a really quick turn around they’ve delivered. Highly recommend & great to have a shop you can 100% trust with your bikes. Cheers guys.
