I have very recently had a very good experience buying a used car from Snows BMW in Portsmouth. Everything was carefully and clearly explained and the sales person was extremely friendly and helpful. It's what we might expect when buying a car but nonetheless deserves mention. I like that I was offered a drink from the start. This may sound silly but adds to the whole experience of buying a car. The test drive was particularly useful with a combination of motorway and town driving allowing me to determine if the car was really what I wanted. Throughout there was no pressure selling tactics just a relaxed and pleasurable experience.
