I came to Laptop Doctor with a misbehaving laptop, I've always had some issues with the graphic card and battery, so they carried out a clean up. I am really pleased with the outcome, I can tell the difference. I was really struggling to use photoshop before, even with small files, and I’ve been able to work on even very large files with no problems. A very noticeable improvement, thank you so much! I also gave them an extra challenge by sending my colleague to drop off/collect the laptop, so there was an extra layer of complication that they had to deal with sometimes me, sometimes my colleague, but the communication was great and clear.

Fantastic service, quick, friendly and will be back for all my phone and laptop needs! I was recommended them by a colleague and have used them twice and both times have fixed my phone screen without issue.

Got locked out of my laptop and despite other places saying they cannot fix it, they managed to reset it and give it back on the same day! Great customer service, very reasonable, would definitely recommend!!

Big thank you to the Diamond Computers team! They were incredibly speedy and helpful with getting my PC up and running after a coffee spillage. Can't recommend them enough to anyone in a stressful spot to put your mind at ease and get the job done right. Express package was well worth it to get it all sorted within the same hour.

I have been using Diamond Computers since Queen Victoria got her first Amstrad and they are knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient, whether you are a gamer looking to purchase state of the art components, or someone like me with an ancient Toshiba laptop. I have used them for upgrades, fixes and data retrieval. I think their prices are more than fair. I would be lost without them.

Excellent service and fairly priced! My Macbook was not booting at all and Fixio resolved the problem quickly, replacing the old, burnt out SSD and installing the OS. After I got it home there was a new issue with my speakers but Fixio took a look and replaced them under the repair warranty. Very friendly and helpful staff - would recommend and will be using again in future if needed.

Our laptop was in it's last death throes. Taking ages to boot up, hanging, not opening programs - in fact it was more useful as a door stop than a laptop. A friend recommended Fixio and we couldn't be happier. They did a data download, replaced the HDD with an SDD, and reinstalled everything again. We're now proud parents of a functioning 'high speed' laptop again. Can't thank them enough. Thank you team Fixio.

I was impressed with these guys. They were understanding every step of the way. My laptop was returned clean, inside and out, and it now works perfectly from what I can see. And it was cheaper than replacing it with a refurbished one too. Well done!
