Had a really great experience using Chess Moves for a cross country move. Stephen came over to give us an initial quote and answer any queries, which was helpful. A couple of days in advance of our move, we had Tom and Henry over to pack our kitchen - both were super friendly, efficient and also able to answer further questions we had about packing. Our move itself (which was done over 2 days) was managed by Kahlee. To load the lorry we had Kahlee, Callum, Glen (who wrapped all of our pictures!) and Kane. Kahlee and Callum then drove the lorry up from Brighton to Sheffield and unloaded it the next day. The whole team made an expected stressful experience stress free, super streamlined, and did so with constant smiles and care. Would use them again without hesitation. Thank you!

I recently moved with The Brighton Removals Company and was slightly anxious as I've never used a moving company before. I had Sam and Will helping me and they were very professional and friendly, they handled everything and really made me feel calm. They also arrived about 10 minutes early which I really appreciated and they gave me a lift to my new place which was super lovely too. Overall, had a great experience and they finished everything within a couple hours. The easiest house move I've had in my life.

Linda was a huge support in the office so if I had any queries she was there with a friendly and kind manner, reassuring at a very stressful time. Liam was brilliant with the packing, very calm and reassuring. On the removal day Liam and John were brilliant, super helpful and went beyond what I expected. They worked really hard, and remained calm and super efficient. We also had a good laugh, essential.

The Brighton Removals Company helped us pack and move from Brighton to our new home. The booking process was very easy and there was excellent communication from the office.
