This is not the first time we've used Jarzy's appliance repair. They've repaired our fridge and dishwasher as well. Each time they're on time, communicate well and are very polite and tidy in their work. I wouldn't hesitate in calling them out for any further appliance repairs.

Jay was friendly, helpful and diligent. He identified the problem (a blocked litre counter and pressure switch) and worked quickly to fix it, staying until he was sure it was working again correctly. From first tests it seems to be working better than it has in years.

Quite straightforward in booking them in, a super friendly and helpful engineer with great services. Great communication throughout Repair period.

We ‘lost’ an old freezer and needed a replacement freezer and fridge on a tight timescale to fit an existing alcove. Carters were open on Sunday and enabled us to take away a display freezer with a left hand opening door - ensuring that our food was able to be saved. A fridge to fit in the remaining dimension was ordered in the following day. The staff are great and the ability to go and see and measure the options including the space required for the door swing rather than just order online and take pot luck was very valuable.

I recently bought a fridge/ freezer from Carters. They answered all my questions, and reassured me that they would resolve any issues. They confirmed a time to install. Within 5 working days they had delivered and installed the new appliance. Everything went very smoothly, and the installation team as well as the sales team did a brilliant job and were extremely professional. I would recommend to anyone.

Ordered on Saturday, delivered hassle free by Thursday. Perfect, friendly and efficient service-thanks so much!

The engineer came promptly and made contact an hour before his arrival to let me know exact time. He sorted out the problem with my dishwasher quickly and in addition was able to repair a problem with my washing machine! He offered friendly and efficient service and I can thoroughly recommend him. I thought the charge for the work to be very reasonable.

Couldn't recommend this company enough. Louise is very friendly and knowledgeable always aims to get someone out to us as quickly as possible each time we have booked in. Quick turnaround with the repair, engineers are very professional and helpful. It is nice to support a local business.

Great service. They fixed our oven and grill very quickly, with all the parts needed in the van. They've saved us the hundreds of pounds that we would have spent on a new oven. Not to mention the environmental impact.
