Amazing service from Richard and his team arranging my dad's funeral. I was understandably a bit overwhelmed during this sad time but Bungards really did all the heavy lifting. They made great suggestions for the funeral and put together a great photo montage to one of my dad's favourite piece of music. Everything went 100% to plan at the funeral and they were there every step of the way but were also very unobtrusive at the same time. We booked our celebrant Aileen Smart through them too and she was equally fantastic and delivered moving yet also funny words. I cannot recommend Bungards highly enough. - Daniel S

Bungards held my hand emotionally from our first phone call. From collecting mum who died at home with such dignity and respect to giving us a service she would have loved. I know when my time comes I’ve told my family to only use you. Fantastic all of you. Also loved that even though I didn’t visit mum in the chapel of rest you made it clear it would always be possible had I changed my mind. Every step you had everything set up to ensure we felt you were ready for tears or laughter of which there were both and your help with information for tying up her affairs saved stressful and emotional searches and stress on our part. Sussex Funerals (aka Brighton Funeral Directors) handle my late mother's funeral. I found them professional, caring and, I believe, competitive - although we did 'shop around' and this belief is based on a 'in-laws' recent comparative funeral in the area.Philip was pragmatic and there was no attempt to 'upsell'. He handle the church, organist, etc.The family was very happy with his service.
