Absolutely the best locksmith service I’ve experienced in Brighton! I’ve used BTN twice now, and both times Che has been incredibly quick, professional, and flexible. His communication is excellent—even when I made a mistake with the timing, he was patient and happily rescheduled. Also, his prices are better than any other locksmith I’ve come across in the area. I genuinely can’t recommend him enough.

Excellent service from start to finish! From my very first contact, the response was instant and professional. Everything explained clearly, and completed the job quickly with great attention to detail. Friendly, reliable, and highly skilled — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Moving house on a Sunday and the front door blew shut in the wind with my key inside! Very helping, supportive and professional. I needed to copy a key that was apparently a bit old. I tried 3 locksmiths and they didn't have its template, but Haines did. Also, our neighbor was locked out once, they came for help in no time. Very good service.
