A quick service, perfect for students struggling to find somewhere to get their computer replaced - couldn't find a display port wire? Argos didn't have one, they did. The chap in there knows his stuff and his repair costs are reasonable. I had to move parts into a new case though to ensure it was better ventilated because the wiring before was bad. They rescued a computer normally that would have a costed a month's rent to replace. This place is the only reliable shop in the area that I could find to solve my repair problems. Even if you don't have a PC problem, they have plenty of decent computer equipment that the local stores fail to supply. I'm unsure about upgrading to windows 11 but he says it would only require a chip module for now I'm happy with my computer working in it's new quiet case, please remember to support your local businesses folks - especially this one.

On our first visit, we talked through our requirements and received a breakdown of everything needed together with the costs. The entire process took 4 days to complete and we took our old computer in for the last 2 days, allowing them to move everything over to the new machine, including previous applications and documents etc. Once the new computer was switched on, everything was transferred to the new layout.

If you are like us, not computer literate or confident with computer software, this is the place to go to. All the staff were excellent and talked to us in simple terms, not computer speech. We up-graded to a new Windows 11 computer and they all made the process so easy to complete.

My laptop was having a hardware issue and I saw Alternative Computers had great reviews on Google - they weren't wrong! As well as being super friendly, Erol fixed the issues within a couple of hours and gave me some great advice when I picked my laptop up. He also kindly offered to install some software for free if I needed it. He is clearly really passionate about what he does and cares about customer satisfaction - I'll definitely be going back to him if I ever have computer problems again. Highly recommended!

A gem of a find to help with our laptops. I have visited twice with different machines in the last 12 months and the service has been excellent, friendly, quick and everything explained. I have also purchased a refurbished laptop which has been excellent for my Daughter at University. Great value for money too.

Bought a full computer set up a few months ago, the monitor was playing up. Went back this morning and it's sorted. One happy customer. Can't recommend highley enough. Great service. Will be using for all my family and businesses needs. Thanks

Taken on Monday repaired by Wednesday excellent service and pricing , would recommend for all your Tech repairs will not be going anywhere else for Tech supplies and repairs.
