HANFORD COURT CARE HOME REVIEWS

I've been coming to Hanford Court for almost 4 years. I visit all three floors. I would like to say how friendly the staff are, from the housekeeping, kitchen and laundry staff to the team leaders and management and all in between. I feel nothing is too much trouble. The residents always appear to be relaxed, happy and full of smiles. And when the entertainers come in its always a great time had by all.

Hanford Court is a lovely friendly place to work as team work is key.The staff and residents are a pleasure to work alongside with. Would very much recommended Hanford Court as it is a comfortable safe place for the residents and a more than great place to work.

I have worked at Hanford Court as a carer in the past I am now part of the Reception and sales team I love my role . staff are friendly caring and conscientious. I would love my elderly parents to come and make Hanford Court their home if it was allowed.

My mum and dad entered the home over a year ago, dad was a-diabetic and was also suffering from the latter stages of Parkinson's, mum has an advancing case of Dementia, dad sadly passed away last November and his short time there was his best in the recent weeks, he was looked after cared for and his every need catered for. Mum has not been easy for the staff on occasion however they have cared for her superbly and after a time has accepted that this is her home and that the staff are her friends more than carers. I cannot thank everyone at the home enough for looking after her, Thank you all so much.

My mother in law who recently passed away was a resident in this care home for nearly two years.We never had any problems where her care was concerned she was treated very well by the staff they were quite simply angels in disguise she was very happy at maple tree court would hightly recommend to others

Lovely care home ... clean ... friendly ...excellent food . My mother in law is happy here. 5 stars x.

BRINDLEY COURT REVIEWS

A relaxed atmosphere. Related back to previous meet and discussed how mum's dependency had altered. I was asked if I had any issues with Mum's care and any other issues. I felt as though I was being listened to and everything was recorded on the care plan.

All the staff are fantastic, they've looked after my mum for two years now and she and her family cannot praise them enough for the care that she has had.

I am very happy with the home. It always smells clean, and overall, everything is excellent.
