At first, we thought taking away our cooker range to fix the problem seemed at bit strange, even overkill maybe. We were however, assured that this was because their workshop was fully equipped to do all the testing / fault-finding and repairs, without causing any mess or inconvenience in our kitchen. This approach turned out to be the best course of action. Not only did they have time there to cure the initial problem, they also found and cured other niggles. The cooker was collected and redelivered on time and in a professional manner. While it was away, we also had a chance to clean the usually inaccessible wall & floor behing it ! The one off fee paid was well worth the hassle-free experience. I would use and recommend this Company again without hesitation.
