As soon as you walk in you’re met with such kind people! I got my hair done by Luke and he did such a good job and was really thorough with my consultation which was assuring since I’ve never had my hair done before. Although this goes for all the staff as when I was sat in the chair I could hear how each stylist was with their clients and did such a good job and were accommodating. I think it’s great that they also offer free drinks etc and have a massage chair for when at the sink! I think it’s all the little things that make this salon so nice to be in! Thank you so much Luke I really appreciate your work.

The staff at Scott Banks are all lovely and make you feel very welcome and they look after you very well. They listen to you and I have every faith in my stylist. Luke cuts and colour my hair and he does an amazing job. Really pleased with the whole experience. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful salon, my stylist Natalie, is talented, very kind and always up for the challenge of a new hair colour with me. The staff are like old friends now after years of being a client. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first time visiting the salon and I had such a great experience! My stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure to check in along the way. The end result turned out even better than I imagined. Thank you for doing such an amazing job with my hair, I absolutely love it.

I’m always made to feel so welcome at the salon – all the girls are friendly and go out of their way to create a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Leah is fantastic with my colour every time and always gets it just right. I leave feeling confident and refreshed after every visit. Highly recommend.

First time coming to Janet Bests and can’t thank Leah enough for the time and effort she put into getting the red out of my hair and getting me back to my blonde and black. She fully explained everything she was doing and made me feel super comfortable.

I was looking for some inspiration for my recent cut. Tim tailored it to my requirements. The finished cut was great. Alisha likewise did a great regrowth colour with a new shade of toner having appreciated what I wanted. I now have my Autumn refresh. I’d definitely recommend both stylists to anyone. Thank you !

Hair my first cut today at Room 97 by Creative Stylist Lucy. Welcoming reception and prompt checking in and escorting to a chair. Lucy was friendly, asked lots of questions about what I wanted doing with my hair and I love the end result!

The staff at the salon are all lovely and friendly. My stylist, Meghan, put me at ease and did me an excellent pixie cut. I was very happy with it and some advice she gave me regarding hair colours whilst we were chatting. I will definitely be going back there.
