Great customer service and really helpful. Made a confusing multi city trip booking a complete breeze. Couldn't recommend enough! Big shout out to, I believe it was Lisa, who was able to take the dates we had planned and build everything exactly as we had wanted and make it reality for a great price. Great and helpful with printing the details off for me to go away and confirm. After a quick phone call she even made amendments to one leg of the flights which felt so easy and we were booked in no time. Will definitely be my number 1 going forward!

Booked a family holiday through them. The great thing about using a travel agent is they do the hard work for you so if your first option isn't available they can offer others without you having to search the Internet. Oneworld were recommended by a friend and we will definitely use them again. Staff members were polite friendly and knowledgeable and although it took time to find the holiday and dates we wanted there was never the feeling that we were being hurried. They were busy, so plenty of other customers were using their services including their currency counter (which was offering currency at a better rate than other outlets). One world makes the whole job of booking a holiday so much easier. We have been very pleased with our experience overall and therefore have given them a top rating.

I was getting stressed about forms for Turkey (travelling alone) and a young lady took the time to tell me no forms are required if fully vaccinated. Put my mind at rest, and meant a great deal. Thank you.

A very big thank you to Charlotte Stevenson who always goes above and beyond for us , searching tirelessly whilst still smiling ( you deserve a medal) . Hays travel Wakefield have looked after us for a few years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are amazing. Thank you again Charlotte for all your help.

I would just like to say that I have spoken to a lovely lady at the Wakefield branch called Debra Turner, who has been so helpful trying to get me on a flight to Gran Canaria in June. It wasn’t a straightforward itinerary as was trying to book for three people leaving on different dates but she was brilliant, really helpful explaining my options and from a customer service point of view a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be using this branch as my future go to. Great staff and a lovely experience.

Called this morning in a desperate bid for some help after failing with 5 different TUI advisors trying to make changes to our holiday due to my little girls allergy issues. Thank goodness Ellie picked up the phone, she was so calming and helpful and spent a lot of time going through different options and looking at the best solution for us. Ended up with a much better holiday booking for next year, with peace of mind my child will be catered for well. Thank you Ellie for your professionalism, kindness and patience.

The customer service I received from Kasia at this store was exceptional. She spent a lot of time and effort finding my perfect holiday and did so without it feeling like it was just her job. She genuinely cared about ensuring I found what I was looking for. Would recommend 100%.
