Been to many hairdressers in Wigan but stuck with Norman and Phillips for the past 10 years as its simply the best and most consistent had most of the different stylists cut my hair and its perfect each time. Would definitely recommend! Right across from a bus stop and between two train stations so transport wise its maybe one of the most accessible parts of the whole town.

I had the New Velashape Facial treatment, and all i can say is visible result after first treatment! Would highly recommend! Ineta is an amazing therapist… so thorough and makes you feel at ease. Always very warm and welcoming and explained step by step.

Best hairdressers in wigan.been going for years. Usually have amie who is great.sure everyone is good. A mention about sheila on the desk .brilliant and friendly.

was very nervous as i hadn’t had my hair cut in a while and previous experience of having my hair cut, annalise was amazing, spoke me through options and what the outcome of her cutting my hair in ways we both suggested. Spoke me through the different steps she was going to take and what the outcome of her taking those steps would be. I am really really happy with my hair. Lovely atmosphere in the hairdressers.

I needed a full head of highlights done and I couldn’t be happier with the service and end result. The salon was in immaculate condition and all staff members were super welcoming and friendly. I would definitely encourage anyone thinking of getting their hair done here to do so as I couldn’t be happier with my hair!!

They were all very welcoming and put me at ease, as I've never been to a proper stylist before, so was quite nervous.

I didn't realise it until I looked at my booking history, but I have been visiting this salon since 2016, there's a damn good reason for this. Such a reliable and excellent service. This time, I had high and low lights, root colour, toner, and a hair cut. I'm so pleased with it, as I knew I would be. Kiera has been colouring and cutting my hair for some time now. Great conversation and a wonderful service. The three or so hours flew by. There's nothing quite like knowing that it's all in hand. I am never remotely concerned about the end result, as I know it will be wonderful. Everything is fully explained and I enjoy sitting back watching her artistry. Thanks Kiera, and see you soon. I highly recommend this salon, and especially services with Kiera.

Superb. award winning salon. Top quality styling at a reasonable price. My first visit and I was totally impressed from start to finish. A great team of people. Very welcoming. The owner, Mel, styled my hair with great skill and artistic flair. I cannot recommend this salon too highly. A thoroughly positive experience.

I have been a customer here for many years and always receive an excellent service. All the staff are friendly and helpful and take time to listen to what you want. I always leave with great hair and a big smile.
