Kilhey Court Hotel is a stunning Victorian country house set within 11 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, offering an idyllic setting for a wedding. The scenery is absolutely fabulous, making it a perfect backdrop for a romantic and memorable celebration. I've had the pleasure of being involved in a wedding at Kilhey Court, providing the wedding bouquets and accessories. The flowers were artificial, but you’d never right— A perfect keepsake from your big day to treasure! The staff at Kilhey Court were equally wonderful. Wendy, the wedding planner, was especially lovely and professional, ensuring everything was perfectly coordinated.

Read the reviews beforehand and was a bit worried about what I had let myself into. When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely lady on Reception. We then went to the Spa and lovely man gave our robes and towels and explained where everything was. We used the pool and the gym. We would suggest that in the pool area there is a water machine. We then went on to have our treatments the ladies were lovely. I had Katie and she couldn’t have been nicer. We ate in the hotel and food and staff were lovely. All in all we had a great time.

We had a very pleasant stay here with our 2 kids and dog. Dog was made to feel very welcome, even to the extent of a bowl of Sausages for breakfast. Lovely grounds that he enjoyed running round. The kids loved the swimming pool, with dedicated kids swimming times. The breakfast was delicious and main reception and dining areas were very attractive.

From the moment we arrived,the staff were very professional and the place was spotlessly clean. The massage was excellent and the two ladies who did the massage were very nice. The afternoon tea was excellent and all the facilities were excellent too.I would highly recommend anyone to come here for a spa day,very enjoyable Mrs Debra and Joan Bushnell.

I have a medical condition that I needed the spa to be aware of in-case I couldn’t have some of the treatments and they were really really helpful with great communication. They purposely made sure everything was okay for me. Would go again and highly recommend to others.

Here for a wedding. Although we didnt spend the night here the Staff very attentive throughout. Food was delicious and hot. It was lovely and clean with nice grounds so all in all very enjoyable experience.

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS WIGAN REVIEWS

We arrived tired after a long journey just after the restaurant closing time. The staff helpfully found us something to eat and helped us start to relax. The room was on the small side, but did have amenities such as an kettle, iron, hairdryer etc. and was clean.

A little out of the way, as I was working close to the A580. Really exceptional service from the staff. All were really polite and helpful. Room was excellent. Breakfast was not gourmet. But lots of choices and plentiful.

Brilliant, Even when the races and rugby where on they still had a room available...Good air con and large shower plus the coffee and breakfast is nice too. Would happily stay again
