HAIGH WOODLAND PARK REVIEWS
We had a great day out here, so clean and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of activities to keep the kids occupied, high ropes, minature golf, great play area, plenty of benches for us older ones, lovely pond with lots of ducks and the fish joined in as well. The cherry blossom was lovely to admire and plenty of walking trails. We will be back for a longer visit next time.
Came down for Dino day. Kids loved it. Park was easy to find, easy to park up. Cafe and toilets were clean. Decent coffee and food served. Dino day event was good.
A wonderful day out with lots of little play areas and beautiful walks. The train ride charges a donation and is lots of fun. Brilliant play park for both older and younger ones with a sand pit play area.

MESNES PARK REVIEWS
Always our favourite place to visit, a day of free fun. We take a loaf to feed the ducks, rubbed the man's foot for good luck, throw pennies in the fountain, play in the park and if everyone is good, get an ice cream. I love coming here and my dad used to bring me some 30 years ago to do the exact same routine and they are some if my best memories.
The park itself was amazing loads to do and with it being a big park loads of places to explore and activities to engage in such as: inflatables on the weekends , fundraisers , wigan 10k , bike ride and a outdoor gym. To cool down why don't you nip to the ice cream parlour located near the fountain for a cold drink ,dessert , slush, ice cream and more.
Absolutely loved it! Beautiful park in Wigan. There were lots of ducks. Great place for evening walks and picnics.
