Booked our 6 year old onto the Halloween activity session for £2.50 and was pleasantly surprised there was so much to do. Never been before so we enjoyed exploring and doing the free children's activity trail with many things to see and dress up in. The paid for session was excellent with friendly staff and volunteer helpers. The children made gift bag bats, had a treasure hunt and a just the right length short sit down session looking at some spooky exhibits from the archive collection.

I came here with my 11 and 12 yr old for a Wigan athletic football match against Southend. Two tickets were given to the kids in high school which I found a great community spirit from the stadium and Wigan athletic. I have been to many rugby matches at other stadiums but considering I live in Wigan have never found the time to attend this stadium. Firstly the ticket line were friendly and polite and very helpful in allocating me a ticket near my children. I fully enjoyed the afternoon.

Booked evening tickets as we planned our visit to Wigan. Found The Little Theatre in an ideal spot and excellent entertainment. We saw The Woman In White on its opening night and were pleasantly surprised to find an first-class production with talented actors. Friendly staff and good bar facilities - ordered our drinks for the interval and they were ready and waiting for us. Quirky little theatre, ideal for us but perhaps if you were not mobile would be better downstairs in the stalls.
