My mum and I have stayed here for two nights, whilst seeing Pink in Cardiff. The stay, room, breakfast was exceptional. The staff, from reception (Liz) , dining, the owner and everyone else is unbelievable. We had an issue with our keys being locked in the car, and three of the staff had gone above and beyond in a way which cements that kindness from strangers is truly beautiful. We’re so thankful for the wonderful experience and can’t wait to be back. (Not even home and already planning our next visit - if you’re considering this place please just go.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Ate in the restaurant every breakfast and dinner. Peaceful, yet in an ideal location to be visiting friends and sightseeing in various parts of South Wales. Easy access to Motorway. Will definitely be staying here again when I am back in South Wales.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. View is nice and calm. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Good gin and wine. We had an amazing stay. Food in the restaurant is good. Thank you so much to Llanerch Vineyard Hotel and your great team.

Absolutely love staying here for work trips. Quiet, secluded with great facilities and the food is fantastic. Special mention must go to the staff, especially Caroline and Kerry, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and will help you as much as they can, huge difference from other hotels where the staff barely say two words to you. Great hotel and great staff.

I love it! I stayed with my family over night and was perfect! Staff was so friendly when I asked for another pillow and the fact that the food was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying and stay again.

After two nights it's great, comfortable clean beds and room. Quiet room. friendly staff loved it.

Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa was absolutely incredible!! We really wanted to stay longer but unfortunately for us, they were completely booked up. I can see why!! We cannot fault our stay. We stayed in the 'Edwards' suite & it was pure luxury!! A huge & luxurious room. We dined in the Blok restaurant & we can honestly say that it was the most incredible meal!! From start to finish we were well looked after & made to feel right at home by our server Carmen. I have a food allergy & every care was taken to ensure my meal was safe. The ambience was beautiful & relaxed. It was an absolute pleasure to dine at Blok. We wish we could have thanked the Chef & his staff for creating such a memorable meal personally, but they were so busy. In the morning we had a beautiful & very filling breakfast with, again, great service, from Rebecca. She made sure we had everything we needed & was so friendly. If we're ever lucky enough to return to Wales, we will absolutely stay again, only longer.

1st time here but not the last it doesn’t matter that this wonderful place is situated in the middle of an housing estate nor does it matter that the main car park is small and awkward, all that matters is the quality of service and food which is excellent.

Had a deep tissue massage with Emmie, best I’ve had! Loved the jacuzzi and swimming area and also the brunch was lovely too. Was a great day would definitely recommend a spa day here.
