“My Green Cab Ltd is a family-owned company that serves Pontyclun and the surrounding areas, aiming to deliver a professional service. They believe the best course of action is to reduce and offset their environmental impact as much as possible. The company is gradually moving towards electrifying its fleet, which started in 2020. They offer flat rates for all airport transfers, will not increase the price when your flight is delayed, and do not expect payment until the job is complete. They have decided to offset the carbon footprint associated with diesel vehicles through a company called Ecology. Fixed prices are available upon request. They even offer complimentary bread and milk for your return journey.

2025 Update: My Green Cab accepts cash, card, and BACS for payments. All their vehicles undergo MOT testing one year after the vehicle's first registration date.”

Brilliant and professional Service. Booked a taxi for a family member who was returning from holidays. He called to confirm the was booking was still on, arrived on time (possibly slightly earlier) and even asked if she needed to stop off at the shop on the way home if she was hungry after her long journey home. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic and lovely driver! Our driver was the ONLY taxi company to agree to come and collect a couple of us stranded at Radyr station during Storm Dennis. No replacement buses or local buses running. Taxi companies rejecting jobs because of the risk. But this guy came and got us home! He apologised for the wait of up to an hour but didn’t need to at all, he still came and was still going out after us to collect others who were no doubt also stranded. Such a lovely gentleman, would highly recommend

I was late for an interview and Cool Cab kindly collected me at short notice and even gave me a discount! Excellent service, I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Booked this company for the first time to take us to Bristol Airport. Having heard horror stories about taxis not turning up I was concerned, but there was my driver prompt friendly and helpful. Vehicle was clean ride was comfortable and the whole experience stress free. No more driving to the airport for us, here is one very happy customer and plan to use this company again.

We have used Green Cabs for many years, for both airport transfers and local trips to and from Cardiff, Six Nations etc. They are prompt, fair and 100% reliable. Their communication and confirmations are also excellent and give confidence. Keep up the good work.

Brilliant service to Bristol airport, can't recommend them enough , on time actually 15 minutes early, friendly driver , got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Thank you so much
