MERCURE MANCHESTER NORTON GRANGE HOTEL & SPA REVIEWS

We visited the Mercure Norton Grange hotel and Spa Naturel, which has lovely surroundings. The spa was fantastic with great facilities and the staff at both spa and hotel were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, the bathroom had an enormous mirror and excellent lighting for getting ready.

Went for a 24 hour spa break, this is a privilege room with any amenity you could need. Spacious, comfortable bed and easy to navigate the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Spent the night as we went to a party the room was clean bedlinen clean and fresh. The breakfast and staff were amazing. Well done.

THE ROYAL TOBY HOTEL REVIEWS

Was at The Royal Toby for my best friend's wedding last Saturday. As someone who has worked in customer service most of my life, I have nothing but praise for the staff and management. The meal was SO good and the service was 5 *. Teams of waiters and waitresses were on hand and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately I wasn't an overnight guest but can only imagine the rooms were fantastic too. The bar staff too were friendly and one young lady could sign in British Sign Language to my friend. I highly recommend this establishment and only wish I didn't live so far away! Well done The Royal Toby!

The hotel was very nice and the price they are charging per night is worth it. The attached Italian restaurant was also great with a upper class wine cellar / old style italian setting and the food was good too. Would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic meal and well priced. We all raved about the meals. Love the decor inside the restaurant. It also has a pub attached too. I would think it would be a great place to stay. Been before and will definitely be back again!

I had a fantastic stay for 4 nights (work) my room was great, exactly what was needed. The reception team always happy to help, Brian was great, always made time for conversation and made sure everytime that everything was OK! Will def use again.

Room was immaculate. Bed was wonderfully made and sooo comfy! Knocked a star off as the corridor can be quite nosey with people walking yo and down. 200% recommend.

Stayed here a few times for business. Very friendly staff and great service. The bar/ restaurant has decent pub grub! Premier inn beds comfy as always!
